| You can enroll a course via one of the following methods : |

Telephone, fax, e-mail - please state student name, membership number (if any), contact number and course code. Please make payment within 3 working days after our staff has replied a booking confirmation |

The course
fee must be paid within 3 working days after
reservation; otherwise, the booking will automatically
be cancelled without notice |

Please
show your bank receipt or COUP Kitchen's receipt
to our staff when you attend the class |

Please arrive
at COUP Kitchen 10 minutes earlier. The course
fee is neither transferable nor refundable
for no show |

Student needs
to inform COUP Kitchen at least 3 days in
advance in order to change her schedule |
| • |
Classes will
not be held upon the announcement of a typhoon
signal No. 8 or above, or black rainstorm
warning. On such occasions, classes will either
be postponed or cancelled and students will
be notified for new arrangement. However, classes
will resume normal four hours after the typhoon
signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is removed |

Hygiene is
highly important in COUP Kitchen. Students
should beware of personal hygiene and sanitation |

available. Please take care of your personal
belongings and COUP Kitchen is not responsible
for any personal loss |

Except the students, no
other people are allowed to stay in the classroom during lesson |

In the event
of a dispute, the decision of the COUP Limited
shall be final and binding |
