Alfred is a gifted cook with twenty years of pastry experience. His last position was the Head Chef of Excelsior Hotel.
He is enthusiastic to assist you into the fun world of pastry. He teaches the special techniques required in the production of pastries, tortes and cakes, creams, and exquisite chocolate articles, and introduces you to the skill of artistic sugar work.

Michelle received her diploma from
DCT, the Switzerland European Culinary Arts School.
She had executed her ethical, proficient knowledge in Tott's, the famous fine dining restaurant. Her professional competency, in the classical European tradition of "Excellence and Innovation", is your passport to cooking your own resounding culinary triumphs.
